Our design transfer process supports direct handoff from customer CAD files, BOMs, and technical drawings. Engineering teams validate thermal performance, photometric output, and driver compatibility during early-stage prototyping to ensure manufacturability without deviation.

All systems operate under a strict ISO 9001-compliant quality framework. Global certification readiness—including UL, ETL, CE, and RoHS—is embedded into our workflow, enabling faster market access for private-label and spec-based lighting products. Quality assurance spans the full production lifecycle, from raw material inspection to in-line QC, batch photometric testing, and final product validation.

How to Start Your Project?

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We discuss your product goals, technical specs, and expected volumes to align on deliverables and timelines.

Step 2: Design Input Review

You provide CAD files, BOMs, drawings, or reference samples. Our team assesses manufacturability and any required design adaptations.

Step 3: Feasibility & Optimization

Our engineers identify compatibility issues, recommend design enhancements, and suggest cost-performance improvements.

Step 4: Preliminary Quotation

Based on the review, we share estimated costs, tooling needs (if any), and production timelines.

Step 5: Prototype Production

We build a functional prototype reflecting your design and requested specs. The prototype undergoes internal checks.

Step 6: Prototype Feedback & Finalization

You review and test the prototype. We incorporate your feedback before moving forward.

Step 7: Final Quotation & Agreement

A detailed quotation is issued and contract signed, including pricing, delivery schedule, and support terms.

Step 8: Certification Support

We coordinate regulatory testing (UL, ETL, CE, RoHS, etc.) based on your market and product category.

Step 9: Mass Production

Once approved, your product enters controlled batch production with stringent QA at every stage.

Step 10: Delivery & Documentation

Products are packed and shipped per your requirements. Batch reports and certifications are shared.

Step 11: Ongoing Support

Our team remains available for technical queries, reorders, or warranty-related needs.

How to Start Your Project?

Step 1: Discovery Call

We understand your market, application goals, performance expectations, and budget considerations.

Step 2: Conceptual Design & Specification Mapping

We translate your idea into a functional design brief with technical direction and component mapping.

Step 3: Technical Feasibility

Our team analyzes structural, optical, thermal, and driver-level feasibility. Cost-to-function balance is reviewed.

Step 4: Timeline & Budget Planning

You receive a breakdown of development stages, prototyping costs, tooling (if needed), and estimated unit pricing.

Step 5: Design Engineering

We develop CAD drawings, electrical layouts, thermal simulation reports, and 3D models as applicable.

Step 6: Prototype Build & Iteration

We deliver an initial prototype. You test it, we gather feedback, and implement refinements.

Step 7: Pre-Production Review

Once approved, we lock in the specs, prepare final drawings, and freeze the BOM.

Step 8: Certifications & Testing

We manage the compliance process, from photometric testing to third-party certifications based on your region.

Step 9: Production Kickoff

With signoff complete, your product moves into production — fully tracked and quality-controlled.

Step 10: Dispatch & Post-Delivery

Orders are shipped with all documentation, including compliance files, batch QC results, and assembly guides.

Step 11: Lifecycle Support

We offer continued technical assistance, upgrade options, and reordering flexibility as your business grows.
